Vital Signs Lanark County
Start date: 9 January, 2017
End date: 30 January, 2018
Vital Signs Lanark County will bring together multiple partners to gather and interpret data on indicators of community well-being, identify community priorities based on evidence and community conversations, and take collective action on the determinants of health.
Nature of the Project Reach
Vital Signs Lanark County will help individuals, local governments, civil society groups and community organizations better understand, prioritize and take collective action on community issues ie food (in)security, poverty, housing, community transportation, youth employment, environmental concerns etc. We will do this by engaging the broader community in conversations about what matters most to them.
We welcome information and idea sharing from any group undertaking Vital Signs projects
