Events that focus on snow and ice have a long tradition in communities across the country, with
several having international exposures (e.g. Carnaval de Québec, Ottawa Winterlude). The creation of our ice & snow sculpture event will connect the community of Prince George with other
Canadian towns and cities across the country in a very meaningful, and historical context.
