Links for Greener Learning has partnered with the City of St. Catharines to restore and expand the Buchanan House Gardens. The site has a lot of open space suitable for planting trees, it also has a small pond and is a perfect spot for a Native Garden & Pollinator Habitat. The Native Garden will be a celebration of Canada's rich biodiversity, it will highlight beautiful wildflowers that are native to Canada. A pollinator habitat will be established within the native gardens, this will enhance the gardens and encourage a healthy population of local fauna such as butterflies, bees and small birds.
