Our challenge to both the private and public sector is to hire 150 Interns through Career Edge to help support our economy and reduce unemployment in Canada. Small Company? Don’t worry we can group you by industry so you can participate. You can make a difference by working with us to hire, new graduates, graduates with disabilities, newcomers to Canada and Canadian Armed Force Reservists. Together we can help individuals find meaningful employment and break the 'no experience, no job' cycle that many Canadians are facing. Our paid internship model includes coaching/mentoring, experiential learning, industry knowledge transfer and networking as its four key pillars for success.
