Start date: 1 March, 2017
End date: 31 December, 2017
The main goal of the Coril 150 project is to weave the Coril story and the narrative of the history and development of Canada, land of the strong and free. The Coril story is fundamentally about people, but it also contains a strong element of nation building.
As the current Coril companies developed, they became involved in some of Canada’s most recognizable infrastructure and development projects. Today Coril continues the tradition of nation building with varied business interests in real estate, railway maintenance, energy and health/wellness.
The story is about people building their communities and, in doing so, building a nation. To help capture that story, Coril has created the Canada150 microsite which will focus on two key components.
The first element includes a historical timeline of the Coril company stories, specifically as they relate to the development of Canada. These stories will cover a cross-section of provinces, projects and operational companies.
Canada 150 Celebration / Community Building
The second element is intended to capture current stories being generated as Canada celebrates its 150th year. The microsite will encourage employees to share these stories and to develop a collective 150 stories by year end. The website will feature a user-friendly form which employees can fill out to share their stories
Nature of the Project Reach
